Embassy Academy is the oldest and only Urban Christian Academy in the Central Arkansas area. It is the only school in the inner-city of Little Rock that affords students the chance to receive a top notch educational experience in a Christ-centered environment. Established in 1989 as Word of Outreach Christian Academy, Embassy Academy is the new name that reflects the focus of the school’s mission and vision statements. Our history is rich with more than 23 years of training, educating, evangelizing, and housing students. We provide these services to a varied demographic, in an enriched, safe and creative, yet disciplined environment. Our student enrollment consists of children who live in the immediate area of the school as well as families who commute from a radius of more than 30 miles.

The vision of Embassy Academy is to train and release educated children whose lives express the highest order of moral excellence, superior academic preparation, and optimal physical health. MISSION
TRAINING AMBASSADORS FOR CHRIST

The mission of Embassy Academy is to provide all children with a rigorous educational training program in an enriched environment. This enriched environment assists with the development of the whole child. Also, this enriched educational environment produces children who are prepared for life, capable of effective communication, and able to flourish in any area of service, occupation, or placement (planting).
EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
The guiding concept for training and educating at Embassy Academy is the ‘three-legged stool’ concept, which consists of the home, the local church, and the school. As the training of a child begins at home, the parents and guardians are under divine mandate to ensure that the child is appropriately and fully trained. The home, the local church and the school facilitate the child’s education as part of the training the child receives at home. If any part of this educational ‘stool’ is missing or lacking, the child will not be fully or successfully trained.
