Dr. Robert E. Smith, Sr., is the Founder of Total Outreach for Christ Ministries, Inc. (TOFCM), Word of Outreach Christian Center, Preschool and Daycare, and Embassy Academy. Headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA.
He was born in 1946, in Arkadelphia, Arkansas and received Christ in 1959. After working with his father for several years in evangelistic

ministry, he had a powerful visitation of the Holy Spirit in September 1974. After traveling extensively as an evangelist he was led of the Lord to return to Arkansas and in 1981, he and his wife, Dr. Carolyn A. Smith began their Pastoral Ministry in their two-car garage; Word of Outreach Christian Center located in the urban area of Little Rock, Arkansas, USA. Under their leadership, this multifaceted ministry has grown beyond the 6 individuals that faithfully met with them in their 2-car garage to affecting the lives of men and women globally.
Since it's inception in 1989, Word of Outreach, fully accredited, Christian Academy has trained hundreds of students as "Champions for Christ" through its daycare/pre-K through 12th grades. During the second semester of the 2011/2012 school year Bishop Smith was led of the Lord to Re-Brand the Academy with a mission to train "Ambassadors for Christ." The Academy was officially Re-Launched as Embassy Academy during the first semester of the 2012/2013 school year.
